For those who have received the transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.

Approaching the State of Contemplation.

The retreat will be based on two teachings of Chogyal Namkhai Norbu:
Introduction to the State of Conpemplation and The Mirror of the Mind.

The first instruction mainly explain how to discover in oneself a calm state through which we can remain present, clear and discerning in the mist of external and internal turmoil.
We will apply a special ancient training of focusing and relaxing the mind in alternation on an specific focus and
without any focus at all.

The second instructions, teach us how to continue in our natural state
through presence and awareness applied in mediation and in ordinary life behavior.
